Work Retreat
Stayed at Pelican Point with a few other execs from our company for a year-end retreat. Honestly, I wasn’t sure what to expect—sometimes these places look better in the photos—but this villa delivered. The views are unreal… every room opens up to the ocean, and waking up to that every morning was next level. The setup worked perfectly for our group. Each of us had our own bedroom and bathroom, which kept things comfortable and gave us space when we needed it. The A/C in the bedrooms was solid—only really needed it at night. We barely used it in the common areas since the breeze through the open doors and windows kept everything cool. Kitchen well-stocked and easy to cook in. We grilled one night, made cocktails, and had a great dinner out on the deck while the sun set. Fast internet, solid smart TV setup (we used for presentations), and the speakers were a nice touch for background music during work sessions or after-hours hangs. The location’s great, tucked away in a quiet gated community, but still close enough to beaches, restaurants, and town when we wanted to venture out. Grocery run was quick and easy too. Kim and Brit were on top of it—checked in to make sure we were good, and made it feel like we were being taken care of without hovering. Only heads up: pack bug spray if you plan to go out on the town at night. Outdoor dining can get a bit itchy. Overall, awesome mix of productivity and relaxation. Already thinking about bringing the family back next time.

Great House With Beautiful Views!
We stayed at Pelican Point over the holidays and couldn't have been happier. The house is beautiful and the views are just stunning. There's tons of space and the multi level patios were amazing for drinks and morning coffee. Brit and his team were extremely accommodating and very knowledgeable about the island. The location is great as you're close to the east end, town and the airport. Highly recommend!!

My Wife, two teenage daughters and I spent a week at Pelican Point for Spring Break. Our favorite things: 1. The 180 ocean views from every single room allowing us to watch the sunrise and set everyday. 2. AC in Main room was not needed the entire because every door and window opens to allow the breeze. 3. Blazing fast internet, smart tv and wireless speakers made streaming family movie nights with the sounds of the ocean waves crashing into the shore so memorable. 4. Every single room has comfy beds, ACs, and their own full bathroom. 5. The gated community with security made us feel safe enough to leave the doors unlocked at all times. 6. The property is 5 minutes away from the best beach on the island and amazing restaurants. It is also around 15 minutes away from downtown and the St John Ferry. Other things we loved, Hosts Brit and Kim from SAA were super responsive to any questions or concerns we had and personally saw too it that we had what we needed to make this vacation the best. Gourmet Kitchen had everything we needed to cook and make cocktails while looking at the beautiful view. The deck was massive and made for amazing sunbathing and stargazing. We loved eating in the outdoor dining area as we watched the sunset. I could go on and on but... Bottom line, we have already booked again in July.
